Well, paragraph "Historical housing bubbles" gives really long-term data in nominal value, which is not fully sufficient for analysis, comparing and so on. There should be added accumulated inflation and made recalculations of price changes in real value. |

Inflation adjustments
[edit]Well, paragraph "Historical housing bubbles" gives really long-term data in nominal value, which is not fully sufficient for analysis, comparing and so on. There should be added accumulated inflation and made recalculations of price changes in real value.
I'm not ready for this research for all cases, it's really a lot, but plan to keep on tracking ongoing Russian residential real estate 2020–2022 bubble, including inflation adjustment. Владимир Казаринов (talk) 06:31, 29 November 2022 (UTC)
