: The flight gimmickry was inspired by the Buck Rogers "cartoon strip".

Meaning the Buck Rogers comic strip, or some other medium? —Tamfang (talk) 20:06, 7 September 2011 (UTC)

Manhattan Island
The article claims Dr. Vulcan destroyed New York City and the "rest of Manhattan Island". This is nonsense since ALL of Manhattan Island is a part of New York City. There is no "rest". I didn't fix anything because I haven't seen the relevant episode yet. Did the author mean to say he destroyed Manhattan Island and the rest of New York City? Personal commentary

[edit]

Personally, I completely agree with the POV in the “Production” section, but, none-the-less, it's largely POV, and not really acceptable for a Wikipedia article. —SlamDiego←T 17:02, 12 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Manhattan Island

[edit]

The article claims Dr. Vulcan destroyed New York City and the "rest of Manhattan Island". This is nonsense since ALL of Manhattan Island is a part of New York City. There is no "rest". I didn't fix anything because I haven't seen the relevant episode yet. Did the author mean to say he destroyed Manhattan Island and the rest of New York City?
