Equally, [[Walsall]] and [[Dudley]] link to the towns that are the seat of governments of the [[Metropolitan Borough of Walsall]] and the [[Metropolitan Borough of Dudley]] respectively. If you mean the boroughs (as I note you tend to use the form [[Walsall]] [[borough]]), could you put those in, and use the "pipe trick" to get the effect you're looking for, like [[Metropolitan Borough of Walsall|Walsall]] for example. |
