Map

[edit]

I'm not sure how this new mapping system works, but it seems unacceptable to me that a map image labelled "Mira River in Nova Scotia", with a dot showing that river's location, links to a generic "Canada Nova Scotia location map 2.svg" map with no dot and no label naming the Mira River. I sincerely hope this is not the new standard, as it defies logic that someone would want to take the time to load a larger map that gives LESS pertinant information!

Perhaps someone thinks this is a rational policy, as I also arrived at the same generic map from the Cape Breton Island page.

(Good page overall, though. I mean no criticism of the editors, but I do believe there is some deficiency in the new system if this is what it produces.) Heavenlyblue (talk) 00:16, 27 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
