NRC and Nuclear Material
[edit]A recent edit added information about U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions regulation of nuclear materials. It cites the NRC definition of "nuclear materials" (plural), which is distinct from the standard international definitions of "nuclear material" (singular) and appears to give undue weight to an idiosyncratic U.S. definition. In the context of this article, I believe the reference to the type of materials regulated should be much shorter, and the discussion of how they are regulated should be dropped.
