Too much of this article is cited only to the company itself

[edit]

A large amount of this article is cited only to the company itself (or to its press releases or Bloomberg self-profile). I have therefore placed templates on those sections. Those sections probably need to be cited from elsewhere or removed entirely. 72.229.99.110 (talk) 21:33, 24 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Updating the lead

[edit]

This company was acquired by Sitel (my employer) in 2021 and is no longer operational. For clarity, I suggest the introductory Lead paragraph be changed to past-tense ("provided" instead of "provides") and the acquisition by Sitel be mentioned in the first paragraph ("Sykes Enterprises was acquired by Sitel (now known as Foundever) in 2021.[1]"). I think readers should know in the Lead that the company doesn't exist anymore. Thanks for considering my suggestion per WP:COI. Best regards.
