I'm trying to find citations about the museum moving to Albuquerque, if it is still there, and if not how long it was open. None of the current citations mention that move. The Mother Jones article says the Hughes relocated to Albuquerque, but doesn't say if the museum found a physical location there. The official potato museum website doesn't mention "New Mexico" or "Albuquerque" anywhere in it's contents. I found this [https://museumsdatabase.com/museums/view/20098] volunteer edited museum database that says it opened in Old Town in 2017, however the address listed is a residential address on the west side, 10 miles from Old Town. :Ah, the timeline external link, mentions that the museum moved with the Hughes to Albuquerque in 1993, but isn't clear about whether the collection was on display. [[User:Pavon|Pavon]] ([[User talk:Pavon|talk]]) 23:17, 7 February 2024 (UTC) |

[edit]I'm trying to find citations about the museum moving to Albuquerque, if it is still there, and if not how long it was open. None of the current citations mention that move. The Mother Jones article says the Hughes relocated to Albuquerque, but doesn't say if the museum found a physical location there. The official potato museum website doesn't mention "New Mexico" or "Albuquerque" anywhere in it's contents. I found this [1] volunteer edited museum database that says it opened in Old Town in 2017, however the address listed is a residential address on the west side, 10 miles from Old Town.
