LGPL being an “unclonable” license?

[edit]

The introduction states that the the license LGPL of RIOT is an “unclonable” license (the edit appears in [[1]]). I am not sure what this means, but I have the feeling that the author means that we can not make copies of it or create variations from it. But this is clearly accepted by the LGPL license. I searched on the Internet, and only this page (and copies of this page) appear to use both words “LGPL” and “unclonable”. I thus find this sentence dubious: any check would be welcomed. Thanks!
