Jake Seal promised much to investors. He is a convincing talker. But in the period from 2014 until 2020 he took many hundreds of thousands of pounds into the company and delivered nothing. The company has recently been through a failed CVA. So the shareholders’ investments are worthless and the creditors will likely never be paid. Where did all the money go? Probably close to £2m?
