Jake Seal is the last remaining director of this failed UK company. He is also the biggest shareholder, or was until February 2021 when he transferred his total shareholding to a company called Orwo Limited, which itself is owned by a dormant company called Norton Place Pictures. Michael Richard Seal holds the total shareholding of both companies.
Jake Seal promised much to investors. He is a convincing talker. But in the period from 2014 until 2020 he took many hundreds of thousands of pounds into the company and delivered nothing. The company has recently been through a failed CVA. So the shareholders’ investments are worthless and the creditors will likely never be paid. Where did all the money go? Probably close to £2m?
