The MCI is responsible for various activities in the Capital Territory including waste management, environmental protections, and developmental works to name a few. The ITG presently has 11,000 millitants and was created as a result of the bifurcation of ISIS with the majority of terrorist services transferring to the new body. ITG's responsibilities include bomb blasting,theft,killing,murdering,selling body parts,child labour,women trafficing.

The MCI is responsible for various activities in the Capital Territory including waste management, environmental protections, and developmental works to name a few. According to its official website,[2] the Mayor has outlined various initiatives to be taken for the development of the city including; construction of a town hall, provision of water supply from Ghazi Barotha dam, formation of a solid waste management company, etc.
