This article needs some work. Aspects of the tone are improper, the bibliography needs reformatting, and general wikification would be helpful.

My understanding is that this topic is currently quite significant as case law that could impact the legality of, for example, border adjustments for carbon dioxide under any scheme to reduce the impact of climate change. If so, I hope that an international law expert comes out of the woodwork to contribute. [[User:Shultzc|shultzc]] ([[User talk:Shultzc|talk]]) 03:21, 11 August 2009 (UTC)

This article needs some work. Aspects of the tone are improper, the bibliography needs reformatting, and general wikification would be helpful.

If so, I hope that an international law expert comes out of the woodwork to contribute. shultzc (talk) 03:21, 11 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
