-The rules slated to go into effect were stopped by an injunction from the E. District of VA, the suit alleged that the U.S. Patent Office lacked authority to make the rules.  The Reform Action was to provide explicit authority.  The subcommittee in the Senate responsible for the Patent Reform Act of 2007 has apparently disbanded.  Therefore, no rules, no reform act, at least until next year.  [[User:Lenehey|Lenehey]] 21:14, 6 November 2007 (UTC)
