Regarding his name, my Aberdeen official history has him as 'David' for all the time he was manager, but 'Davie' (a particularly Aberdonian version of David) elsewhere. I'm happy with it as it is; I don't suppose he'll be confused with anyone else. I'll expand the Aberdeen section a little - there's a League Cup to go in, and I should be able to dig up something else of interest. Incidentally, this took me completely by surprise, as I am working through the Aberdeen managers, and there was nothing here 2 days ago! It's understood/By every single person/Who'd be elsewhere /If they could 04:55, 8 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
