{{R from fictional character|Dark Shadows}}
Nicholas was much more powerful than Angelique, and the only one at Collinwood who had any control over her.

At first, he aided Angelique in her revenge against Barnabas Collins, but when a Doctor named Eric Lang created a human being named Adam from body parts and gave him life, Nicholas alters his plans. To create a race of super beings for his master, the Devil, to rule the world.

To punish Angelique for her failings, he strips her of her powers. She ages and dies, only to be resurrected by Nicholas as his vampire slave.

A mate was eventually created for Adam, called Eve. Adam later kills Eve. Nicholas ultimatley fails to revive her. He is punished by his master by being sent him back to Hell.

Nicholas Blair was portrayed by [[Humbert Allen Astredo]].
