Verifiability of his membership for Indian Railway Association.

Couldn't find proper source from history books or paper. Closest I've found is https://mu.ac.in/wp-content/uploads/2022/08/Paper-5-History-of-Modern-Maharashtra-1818-CE-1960-English-Version-2.pdf.
