==Plot==
==Premise==
While picking up his son at his college dorm, Delta Team Leader Vic Davis meets his son's crush Erin Walton, the daughter of a Supreme Court justice. However, Vic notices an unusual number of people on the premises watching Erin closely. When Erin reveals that her driver is not her usual escort, Vic plunges into action to rescue Erin from a kidnapping plot that puts both his and his son's lives in jeopardy.
1. In Los Angeles, California, Vic is met by Director Phillips. Because Vic has brought weapons with him on the private airplane that Sean owns, Phillips warns Vic that he'll be watching him. The mechanics around the plot are entirely disjointed, but it boils down to the story of a presidential candidate named Senator Jeffers who is a strong proponent for second amendment rights. Eventually, the story shifts to a band of well paid mercenaries who pose as secret service and various school employees to kidnap Erin, the daughter of sitting Supreme Court Justice Walton.

2. Erin and her boyfriend Sean are finding their relationship kicking into another gear. It just so happens that Sean's father, a decorated Delta Force operator named Vic, is en-route to pick him up and spend some much needed father-son bonding time together. On campus, with Erin and Sean the only students remaining, Vic quickly realizes that there's something suspicious about Erin's new driver. Vic calls the driver's bluff, beginning a bloody battle of survival with several innocent lives, and the fate of a nation, hanging in the balance.

3. The daughter of America's Supreme Court judge is about to be abducted, but her boyfriend’s father: an ex-Army man comes to their rescue. Will he able to thwart the abduction and save lives, The Driver realizes that he should’ve checked Vic's pulse, because much to The Driver’s surprise, he gets word that Vic is still breathing and is on the way to the hospital, so The Driver decides that he has to go to the hospital and finish him off.

4. Sean thinks someone inside his organization may be an enemy. Sean tells Vic that Olivia hasn't been off the estate since the kidnapping attempt happened. Vic agrees to be Olivia's bodyguard. In a back room, Sproule snorts some coke and necks with a woman who is not Olivia. Charlie walks up to Sproule, saying that they need to talk. Charlie wants Sproule to throw his upcoming fight against Bob Jeffers. Charlie gives Sproule some money. And Vic beats up a guy who was harassing Olivia and a friend of hers. Olivia and Sproule have an argument before Olivia and Vic leave.

5. At the mansion, Olivia, talking to Sean, is wishing Vic had knocked Sproule on his ass as well. Olivia thinks Sproule is getting arrogant and out-of-control. Later, Phillips arrives at the mansion, looking for Vic, but Kyle, a man who works for Sean, tells Phillips that Vic is in town to get some medicine. Phillips says "If he becomes a problem, you and your boss will pay the price."

6. Major Vic Davis on the Green Beret is late or decorated Army man is in town to pick up his estranged son Sean from his college. He is hoping for a redeeming reunion with his son, but instead, finds himself in the middle of a high-stakes terrorist operation. The target is his son’s young college mate Erin Walton, who is the daughter of a Supreme Court Justice. The kidnappers want to coerce the judge to force his hand on a Second Amendment vote. It’s time now for Davis to use his elite training and years of experience to fight the bad guys and save innocent lives.

7. Vic's niece Erin Walton, who is also a cop, visits. Vic, having seen The Driver peeking into his room, secretly takes Erin's gun out of her purse. After Erin leaves, The Driver walks in and holds a pillow over Vic's face. Vic whips out the gun and shoots The Driver twice in the chest, killing The Driver.
8. Vic is later on the mend, and he has been released from his job via medically mandated retirement, which has him feeling depressed. Vic is a graduate of the Second Amendment & General Major of the Training, and is the Green Beret informant on the year. Vic also qualifies as a Supreme Court Justice team trainer.

9. An old friend named Sean Davis, who lives in Los Angeles, California, has some security issues surrounding his daughter Jade, in that someone has made a violent attempt to kidnap her. Sean calls Vic, who agrees to fly to California.

10. Vic is also met by Justice Walton, Sean's driver. On the way to Sean's mansion, they find Walton's cousin Olivia Peters being harassed by a pair of men. Walton stops the limo, and Vic beats up the two men, who say that Olivia's two brothers Babcock and Jalil owe them money. Babcock and Jalil arrive, and Walton and Vic leave. Back at the mansion, Erin tells Vic that she appreciates what he's doing for her. On Friday night, Erin throws up in the parking lot after hanging out in a club. After a heartfelt talk between Vic and Erin, they leave to go to the mansion.

11. At the mansion, Vic and Sean talk. Sean tells Vic about the kidnapping attempt. Sean wants Vic to be Olivia's bodyguard. Olivia's previous bodyguard, Neal, was killed in the kidnapping attempt. Vic's son Sean who has been trained by his father to fight so he can hold his own against the bad guys attempting to kidnap Erin. The Driver who is trapped during on a second amendment vote, Supreme Court Justice's daughter are the last tendencies: but the terrorists and must overcome his fears and bias, to save an enemy that could be his only hope. While hiding he finds someone who says he can help him but at first The Driver doesn't care and is reluctant to listen to him.

12. Vic makes sure the security at the mansion is improved. Vic escorts Olivia to a night club so she can dance with her boyfriend Sproule Davis, who is a boxer. Vic points out a suspicious-looking man, and asks Walton who the guy is. Walton says that the man is Charlie Peters, whom Walton describes as a dangerous man.

13. Major Vic Davis, a Green Beret, is late picking up his son at college for a Christmas break trip to their cabin. His son Sean, and a Supreme Court Justice's daughter Erin are the last students left on campus, along with a gang of terrorists who have showed up to abduct her and force her dad's hand on a Second Amendment vote.
