Mia Allen is a fictional character from the Evil Dead series portrayed by Jane Levy. Mia is the protagonist of the 2013 reboot/sequel Evil Dead directed by Fede Alvarez. In the film, Mia is depicted as a recovering heroin addict who is brought to the cabin for an intervention. While there, the Book of the dead is unleashed and she is the first to become possessed by the entity. She is later cleansed of her possession and defeats The Abomination. The character garnered a positive reception and was considered a worthy replacement to Ash Williams.
