CyberVale IT Park is Ascendas' second IT Park project in Tamil Nadu, after the International Tech Park Chennai (ITPC), and Ascendas' first IT SEZ Park project in India. This is the third phase of ITPC with a super build up area of about 742,000 sq ft (68,900 m2).
