The following two paragraphs appear to contradict each other: |

Today, Sweet Sensation is composed of Betty, Belle, and Jenae and are currently performing throughout the Northeast and Florida. The Sweet Sensation catalogue is currently owned by Atco/Atlantic Records. |
|||
The official name "Sweet Sensation" is being used and is legally owned by Sheila Vega, Mari & Margie Fernandez. While Betty D was the voice of Sweet Sensation, the other three members have embarked on a tour with other freestyle artists. It's important to note that while Betty D is using the name, it's not official. Members Mari, Margie and Sheila hold the title of "Sweet Sensation", and continue to tour and perform as the official Sweet Sensation. |
|||
Question: If an artist performing as "Betty D" is "using the name,[but] it's not official," does this mean that she is infringing on someone else' copyright? If three other singers "hold the title" and are continuing to tour and perform as "the official Sweet Sensation" what does that make the group that "Betty D" performs with. |

Can someone clarify this and then edit the entry as necessary? Thank you. |

Today, Sweet Sensation is composed of Betty, Belle, and Jenae and are currently performing throughout the Northeast and Florida. The Sweet Sensation catalogue is currently owned by Atco/Atlantic Records.
The official name "Sweet Sensation" is being used and is legally owned by Sheila Vega, Mari & Margie Fernandez. It's important to note that while Betty D is using the name, it's not official.
