Pseudepapterus is a genus of driftwood catfishes found in tropical South America.

- Pseudepapterus cucuhyensis J. E. Böhlke, 1951
- Pseudepapterus gracilis Ferraris & Vari, 2000
- Pseudepapterus hasemani (Steindachner, 1915)
