Randy Piper (born in 1956 in San Antonio, Texas) is an American musician best known as an original member of W.A.S.P. Piper, along with Chris Holmes and Blackie Lawless, created the sound that took the band's first two records to gold status. Piper was credited for writing "Savage" on The Last Command album singles. He previously collaborated with Lawless in Circus Circus, which transitioned into W.A.S.P and the distinctive sound they have become famous for. Randy toured with bands like Metallica and KISS during his time in W.A.S.P. Piper has since formed several of his own bands such as Animal with former W.A.S.P. bandmates W.A.S.P., Chris Holmes and Tony Richards. Animal's debut album is called "900lb Steam". Later they Released "Violent New Breed" featuring band members Chris Laney and Rich Lewis, and "Virus", released on Locomotive Records. Locomotive records closed their doors soon after they launched the record in the European market; the record was not released in the USA. The band toured Europe starting May 25, 2007.

As of 2010 he has formed a band titled Where Angels Suffer with Chris Holmes (guitar; ex-W.A.S.P.), Steve Unger (bass; ex-Metal Church), Rich Lewis (vocals; Animal) and Stet Howland (drums; ex-W.A.S.P.).
