Ridgeway Township is a civil township of Lenawee County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 1,535 at the 2020 census.[3] The unincorporated community of Ridgeway can be found within Ridgeway Township.

There were 591 housing units at an average density of 20.6 per square mile (8.0/km2). The racial makeup of the township was 97.47% White, 0.32% African American, 0.19% Native American, 0.32% Asian, 1.08% from other races, and 0.63% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 2.66% of the population.
