Removing the mention of the Korean personal name hanja list. (1) The list was first introduced in 1991. People who were named before that did not have any restriction on registering hanja names. (2) The list is sometimes updated to include more hanja (the latest update was in 2022). A character that was not allowed in the past sometimes gets allowed later.
