Candy's debut album, called ''Daddy Issues'', is currently being produced by label-mate Sia amongst others. Sia, who is an executive producer and a songwriter on the album, discovered Candy on Instagram and reached out to her, believing “that I was the only person who could really support [Candy] in becoming who [she is] on a grander stage or platform.”<ref name=papermag>{{cite web|title=The Chosen Ones|url=http://www.papermag.com/2014/03/brooke_candy_sia_beautiful_people.php|publisher=[[Paper (magazine)|Paper]]|accessdate=24 June 2014}}</ref>
