Peer Review (Alex DaSilva)
[edit]The article thus far has good historical content for the title term, Expected Goals, but I would suggest a couple things. First, I would suggest dividing the article into sections, one of which would be the origin of the term as well as its application to soccer and hockey. Another section I would say to create is a calculation section in which formulas for expected goals are derived. Following this, a content box should be created with a more developed lead section at the beginning of the article. As for the current content, I would recommend using shorter quotations and/or summarize what data scientists have stated rather than actually quoting them. I also believe wikipedia frowns upon hyperlinks to outside sources, which you have for the Sarah Rudd paragraph. Then of course, add some images to finish up. - @Alexdasilva47: Hi Alex, I think your points are largely correct. I've also added two equals signs to either side of your title to create a new section, just so you know how to do that next time. Alyo (chat·edits) 15:23, 9 November 2020 (UTC)
