Hi, my name is William and I've been editing Wikipedia since 2005 and have been an [[WP:ADMIN|administrator]] [[Wikipedia:Requests for adminship/Zsinj 2|since]] August 2006. The name '''Zsinj''' comes from a series of books written by [[Aaron Allston]], [[Star Wars: X-wing (series)|Star Wars: X-wing]]. I am hardly the stout, hefty man with his own personal agenda portrayed in those books, but I do enjoy taking charge of situations. I attended [[Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University]][[Image:Symbol support vote.svg|12px]] for two years. I am in the [[United States Army]] and am stationed in [[South Korea]].

    Declined Well, the user is only on a blocked /32, one partially blocked only and not from that article. Besides, "the problem that led to the protection has stopped" is never a reason to lift protection, because as frequently noted that's sort of circular logic.
