I live in [[Reading, Berkshire|Reading]], [[UK]]. I am an [[Wikipedia:Administrators|admin]] here as well as being one on both [[commons:User:Dan100|Commons]] and [[n:User:Dan100|Wikinews]]. I keep a blog - [dan100.blogspot.com dan100] - so you can keep up with me that way, if you want!


Now studying post-grad at university, so I'm not around much, unless I'm on holiday :-).

While my account only dates from December 2004, I've been ''using'' Wikipedia since it was [[Nupedia]]! Over the years I made occasional [[Internet protocol|IP]] edits, but never felt the need to make an account nor poke about in the Wikipedia: namespace, so was happily oblivious to all the behind-the-scenes activity.

Here, I tend not to do much article writing - sorry! I do undertake the occasional expansion, and sometimes overhaul articles ([[radar]], [[AK-47]] and [[fusion power]] being examples). The only ''major'' article I've ever created is [[tsunami warning system]].

I've made [http://tools.wikimedia.de/~kate/cgi-bin/count_edits?user=Dan100&dbname=enwiki this] many edits (the total is greatly inflated due to RC patrolling). I try and take an active role in resolving disputes through the [[Wikipedia:Dispute resolution|various channels]].

I live in the UK. I was an admin here as well as being one on Wikinews. I have made this many edits (a nice link -- you can see when and where too).

While my account only dates from December 2004, I've been using Wikipedia since it was Nupedia! Over the years I made occasional IP edits, but never felt the need to make an account nor poke about in the Wikipedia: namespace, so was oblivious to all the behind-the-scenes activity.

Come December 2004, I decided to take a more active role, but then was side-tracked somewhat by the fledgling Wikinews. I'm now more active on Wikipedia once again.

Here, I tend not to do much article writing - sorry! I do undertake the occasional expansion, and sometimes overhaul articles, but that's rare. The only major article I've ever created is tsunami warning system.
