Sitaula was born on February in Nighuradin, [[Taplejung]], Nepal.He completed his schooling from Bijay Memorial Higher Secondary School,Dillibazar,Kathmandu.Further,Sitaula continued his higher schooling from Pashupati Multiple Campus,Chabahil specializing in Management.In addition to this he studied bachelors level from Nepal Commerce Campus,Minbhawan.
Popular Singer Sitaula attended Anurag Music School, Putalisadak, Kathmandu. In 2000, he recorded his song "Oh Bolana". He composed a number of songs for other artists in the following few years, and released his debut album ''Mod-The Turning Point'' in the year 2005. The album's songs included "Achanak", which earned him Best New Artist for that year by Hits FM Awards. He started his musical career in early 2058 B.S. He released his first, second and third albums in 2060 B.S., 2063 B.S. and 2066 B.S. respectively. ''Mod: The Turning Point'' which was released in 2060 B.S., contained hit songs such as "Achanak Aaja Timi Lai" and "Maya Launa Ta", which gave him the opportunity to establish himself as a pop singer in the Nepali music industry. He became more popular after winning “Best New Artist” in Hits FM Awards. Similarly, his second album, “Ma Ani Timi” was released in 2063 B.S. Album contained songs: “Kahile Aago Kahile Pani” and “O Ria” which became very popular at that time. Popular Singer Sitaula attended Anurag Music School, Putalisadak, Kathmandu. In 2000, he recorded his song "Oh Bolana". He composed a number of songs for other artists in the following few years, and released his debut album Mod-The Turning Point in the year 2005. The album's songs included "Achanak", which earned him Best New Artist for that year by Hits FM Awards. His second album, Ma Ani Timi,[2] was released in 2006.

As of 2018, he was working on another album Baisama.[3]
