Barbara Czarniawska (also known as Barbara Czarniawska-Joerges, 2 December 1948 – 7 April 2024) was a Polish-Swedish organisation scholar.
Czarniawska was a Senior Professor of Management Studies at Gothenburg Research Institute, Gothenburg School of Business, Economics and Law, Sweden.[1] Her research took a constructionist perspective on organizing,[2] most recently exploring the management of overflows, and integration processes.
