I wonder if this is a good idea but I have started an article on traditional blues lyrics here.
There are some tricky issues:
- originality versus tradition log jam could kill it
- cramming it full of every blues verse any wikipedia contributor ever heard
- etc.

Issues
[edit]At the bottom of the page "Hot Tamales" starts to get quoted but the song lyrics are never posted. I would edit it myself to include this but I cannot currently. If anyone sees this please add the lyrics. If not, I will do it when I get time in the future.
