The Kenora Catholic District School Board provides a values-based education that prioritizes spirituality, community and caring as core parts of its educational programming. Based in Treaty #3 Territory, Kenora Catholic District School Board recognizes the importance of infusing local First Nation, Métis and Inuit culture and traditions into its schools so that all students, staff and families feel welcomed and valued and understand and appreciate the rich cultural diversity present in the region. The board has a team of staff from an Elder in Residence, First Nation Métis and Inuit Graduation Coach, First Nation Liaison, Jordan's Principle Lead, Language Facilitators, to a First Nation, Métis and Inuit Education Coordinator to help make sure every child has what they need to reach their full potential.

The Kenora Catholic District School Board has small schools and classroom communities that are tight-knit and feel like a family.

Kenora Catholic District School Board (KCDSB, known as English-language Separate District School Board No. 33B prior to 1999[1]) is a separate school system serving the Kenora District in Ontario. The Kenora Catholic District School Board oversees educational programming for three elementary schools and one secondary school in Kenora and one elementary school in Red Lake. It is the only school board west of Thunder Bay with a dual track French Immersion system from Junior Kindergarten through to grade 12. They also provide Native Language classes at all grade levels.
