I couldn't figure out how to do it myself, but i think that it would look better if that part (Neighborhoods of Kokomo) had a click through link to the section on Kokomo's page for it's neighborhoods. That section would have a complete list of the ones without pages too, the current way only 4 of the over 20 of them are listed. Neighborhoods of Kokomo
[edit]I couldn't figure out how to do it myself, but i think that it would look better if that part (Neighborhoods of Kokomo) had a click through link to the section on Kokomo's page for it's neighborhoods.
