| ⚫ | The medal is made of bronze and painted gold, in a circular shape 36 mm in diameter and 3 mm thick. On the front is an eight-pointed-star with a flame in the middle and the inscription "ŞÜCAƏTƏ GÖRƏ" ("For Courage") above. A wreath of oak leaves is below the star. On the back of the medal, the words "AZƏRBAYCAN RESPUBLİKASININ MEDALI ŞÜCAƏTƏ GÖRƏ" ("Medal of the Republic of Azerbaijan For Courage") are written, along with the number of the medal. It has a ring attached to the top, connected to a pentagonal ribbon of gray and dark blue stripes, separated by small white stripes. Article 1. General description of the medal |

The medal "For Valor" of the Republic of Azerbaijan (hereinafter referred to as the medal) consists of a circular plate with a diameter of 36 mm and a thickness of 3 mm, cast from bronze and painted with gold water. |

Article 2. Obverse of the medal |
|||
2.1. An eight-pointed star is depicted on the front of the medal, and a flame is depicted in the middle of the star. At the top of the eight-pointed star is the inscription "FOR COURAGE" along the arc. |

2.2. From the middle of the lower part of the obverse of the medal, a wreath of oak leaves is placed along the arc on the left and right sides. |

2.3. From the lower part of the eight-pointed star to the upper part of the coin, sun rays are depicted. A blue enamel is painted on the eight-pointed star. |

2.4. All inscriptions and elements are embossed. |

Article 3. Back side of the medal |

3.1. In the middle of the back of the medal is written "MEDAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN "FOR COURAGE". |

3.2. The medal number is written on the bottom of the medal's reverse side. |

3.3. All the inscriptions are reliefs. |

Article 4. Elements of the Medal |

4.1. The medal has a ring for attachment to the collar of the garment and a 37 mm x 50 mm pentagonal piece attached to the medal via the ring. |

4.2. A black band is drawn on the element from the middle to the edges, with horizontal stripes of 15 mm wide gray, 1 mm wide white and 10 mm wide blue horizontal stripes in the middle. |

4.3. A plate consisting of stars, crescents and laurel leaves measuring 40 mm x 5 mm is attached to the upper part of the element. Star, moon and laurel leaves are embossed. |
