This is my third re-submission. I have revised the version to maintain a neutral tone, avoids promotional language, and replaces external links with inline citations for a more encyclopedic style, as you noted. Asphalt Redd (talk) 20:24, 28 January 2024 (UTC)

Please also note that all the sources are credible, as they are mostly from the African Union agencies, and notable media houses in Africa. If there is a particular source which is questionable to you, kindly note it and I will correct accordingly.
