After a ten-year relationship with partner Sheila, endocrinologist Carlos Alberto is engaged to former client Paula, but is still looking for a great passion. He met the sweet and sensitive Helena. When he starts dating Helena, Carlos awakens the insanely jealousy of Paula. In addition, he is still harassed by Sheila, who still believes in a rapprochement.


Single and alone, Helena arises a passion for endocrinologist Carlos Alberto ([[José Mayer]]), and has her feelings matched.
