Ršumović ranks amongst the greatest children poets in the [[Serbo-Croat language]], along with [[Jovan Jovanović Zmaj]], [[Miroslav Antić]], [[Desanka Maksimović]] and [[Duško Radović]].

Born [[1939]] in [[Ljubiš]] village on [[Zlatibor]]. His Parents were Milesa his mother and his [[father]] Mihailo Ršumović. He was educated in, Ljubiš, [[Čajetina]], [[Užice]] and [[Belgrade]]. He graduated at the [[University of Belgrade Faculty of Philology]].

He was born on 3 July 1939 in the village of Ljubiš in the Zlatibor Mountains.[2] His parents were Mihailo and Milesa Ršumović. He was educated in Ljubiš, Čajetina, Užice, and Belgrade. He has a bachelor's degree from the University of Belgrade's Faculty of Philology.[3][4] He is known as author of lyrics of anthem of Red Star Belgrade.[5]
