Prince Gundakar was born on 1 April 1949 in [[Vienna]] to Prince Hans-Moritz of Liechtenstein and Princess Clotilde von [[Thurn und Taxis]]. His father was the son of [[Prince Alfred of Liechtenstein (1875–1930)|Prince Alfred of Liechtenstein]] and Princess Theresia zu [[Oettingen-Oettingen]] und [[Oettingen-Wallerstein]]. His mother was the daughter of [[Karl August, 10th Prince of Thurn and Taxis]] and [[Princess Maria Ana of Braganza]]. |

Prince Gundakar Albert Alfred Petrus of Liechtenstein (born 1 April 1949 in Vienna) is a member of the princely family of Liechtenstein. He is the second child and eldest son of Prince Hans-Moritz of Liechtenstein and Princess Clotilde von Thurn und Taxis.
Biography
[edit]Prince Gundakar was born on 1 April 1949 in Vienna to Prince Hans-Moritz of Liechtenstein and Princess Clotilde von Thurn und Taxis. His father was the son of Prince Alfred of Liechtenstein and Princess Theresia zu Oettingen-Oettingen und Oettingen-Wallerstein. His mother was the daughter of Karl August, 10th Prince of Thurn and Taxis and Princess Maria Ana of Braganza.
He is a graduate of the Royal Agricultural College in England, having attended school as a child in Austria.
