North Shore Square came under new ownership in November 2006, after [[Toronto]], [[Ontario]], Canada based Revenue Properties Company Limited (a division of [[Morguard|Morguard Corporation]]) purchased the mall's New Orleans based owner, Sizeler Property Investors.
