Track 5
[edit]On the online stream available from Kasabian's official website, the track's name is given as 'Sun/rise/light/flies', however on the CD track listing, on the card in the back of the jewel case, there is no evidence of any backslashes, and instead the title is given as 'Sun Rise Light Flies'. Any thoughts on which should be given as the official name? mode_seven 20:41, 28 August 2006 (UTC)
- It gets worse. According to Amazon, Allmusic, and a couple others, the U.S. version of song #5 is titled "Sunrise". (also, "By My Side" is replaced with a song called "Program 88", and song #3 is simply "Last Trip"). I'm tempted to say that the backslash version is correct, because there's probably less indirection between the band and their website. -/- Warren 21:24, 28 August 2006 (UTC)
- Ah, what fun. In that case I'd say leave Track 5 with the backslashes and possibly provide an alternative 'US tracklisting' with those alterations you've given. Maybe wait until we have someone within a solid copy of the US version. mode_seven 22:13, 28 August 2006 (UTC)
Fair use rationale for Image:Kasabian Empire.jpg
[edit]Image:Kasabian Empire.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Mixed Reviews?
[edit]From 1/5 (Rolling Stone, The Times) to 9/10 (NME), most agreeing on 3/5. Anyone fancy writing up a 'Reception' section? Can't really see where the 1/5's were coming from myself. —Preceding unsigned comment added by EchetusXe (talk • contribs) 15:17, 17 July 2008 (UTC)
