When the COB was established in 2005, it had the Department of Economics only. Currently, COB has three departments with four academic programs offering bachelor degrees in Business Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, and Financial and Banking sciences. In addition, it offers a diploma degree in business administration. These departments offer a variety of courses designed for students pursuing careers in a variety of areas such as business, industry, government, local and international markets. College of Businesses maintains relations with the local community. The college offers several training and consultation programs and services to it. Tafila Technical University (TTU) (Arabic جامعة الطفيلة التقنية), is a public university in Jordan. established in accordance to a royal decree issued to establish the Tafila Technical University (TTU).
