Queen’s University has over 1200 international students from more than 70 countries outside of the UK. It is a member of the Russell Group of the UK’s 20 leading research-led universities, and a global player in research areas ranging from cancer studies, pharmaceuticals and sustainability, to wireless technology, poetry and the sonic arts. In January 2010, the Centre will move to newly refurbished premises within walking distance of both the University campus and Elms Village Student accommodation. Located within two Georgian Houses, the Centre will be renovated and will offer a world class learning experience for more than 400 international students. |
