The university has a second English speaking campus located in [[Pfarrkirchen]], as well as eleven research campuses in East Bavaria, which is more than any other university in Bavaria has. The campus in Pfarrkirchen is called European Campus Rottal-Inn and is the only English-speaking campus in Bavaria. The focus of the Deggendorf Institute of Technology lies on Economics, Engineering, Digitalisation and Healthcare. Deggendorf Institute of Technology supports international activities through its university programme structure and its global network of educational institutions and economic research partners. The university currently maintains partnerships with over 200 universities and colleges worldwide. The proportion of international students at DIT is 20%, making the university one of the most international universities in Bavaria. |
