i will need to replace all multicolored splits on bsicon articles: do everything other than la and san diego

all light rail also needs to be hst aside la, dart, link, san diego, calgary, edmonton, sacramento, buffalo, newport news, baltimore, washington dc, dallas, houston, phoenix, pittsburgh, salt lake city
