== Summary ==
The animation 'Steamboat Fatty' was created by animator Cleo Harrington M.A (RCA). Cleo Harrington a graduate of the Royal College of Art caricatured and designed the animation based on the Steamboat Willie cartoon of 1929. Cleo worked with guidance from Kevin Baldwin then lead animator for Bob Godfrey Films. Cleo Harrington now owns and runs 'Art in the Village' art company in Hertfordshire.
