== Inclusion of Mellisa McNulty in the contestants table ==

Recent editing by IPs has added this contestant into the table [https://en.wikipedia.org/enwiki/w/index.php?title=Survivor%3A_Fiji&diff=1146827597&oldid=1141979468&diffmode=source][https://en.wikipedia.org/enwiki/w/index.php?title=Survivor%3A_Fiji&diff=1146845668&oldid=1146836376&diffmode=source][https://en.wikipedia.org/enwiki/w/index.php?title=Survivor%3A_Fiji&diff=1146853804&oldid=1146848743&diffmode=source], when it's been long-established that she isn't included. As it says in the lede prose, McNulty quit before filming began; Jeff Probst even makes a brief mention about this quitting contestant right before the rest of them headed to Fiji, within the first minute of the premiere episode, though he doesn't mention the contestant by name. Since viewers never saw her face during the season, and she didn't participate once filming commenced, it is inappropriate to list her anywhere else in the article other than where it has been listed. And the number of contestants that did participate is 19, not 20, as the infobox has also been changed with these edits.

I've reverted this a couple of times now, and will make it three shortly. If the [[WP:CONSENSUS]] has changed, or is to change, regarding the addition of this non-participating contestant, please comment below. The IPs that have been doing this are also asked to head here to discuss their reasoning and try to achieve consensus. Continuation of adding this person to the contestants table without further discussion will be considered [[WP:DE|disruptive]], and warnings and other sanctions may follow. Incorrect Jury Voting Section

[edit]

The article lists that all jury members voted for Cassandra, when all jury members voted instead for Earl, and the article previously mentions that he was the winner of the season. I can't edit it to look correct though, so I'm hoping someone here will be able to!

There was an IP editor that changed the winner to Cassandra across the board. That's all been fixed. --Masem (t) 15:09, 3 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Survivor jury vote table discussion

[edit]

There is a proposal at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Television/Survivor task force#Jury vote tables to list the vote totals in the same order as the names in the finalist row immediately above the vote totals. All interested editors are invited to join that discussion. Since the Survivor task force appears to be inactive, I'm notifying Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Television/Reality television task force and the talk pages for each Survivor season in order to reach interested editors. Inclusion of Mellisa McNulty in the contestants table

[edit]

Recent editing by IPs has added this contestant into the table [1][2][3], when it's been long-established that she isn't included.

If the WP:CONSENSUS has changed, or is to change, regarding the addition of this non-participating contestant, please comment below. The IPs that have been doing this are also asked to head here to discuss their reasoning and try to achieve consensus. Continuation of adding this person to the contestants table without further discussion will be considered disruptive, and warnings and other sanctions may follow. She absolutely should not be included on the contestants' table. Bgsu98 (Talk) 21:15, 28 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
