== The chess piece ==

* A chess piece is a piece which moves straight towards the opponent's side but captures diagonally. It is worth 1 point and each player gets 8 of them at the start of the game. For white, they will be on the 2nd row and for black, it will be on the 7th row. When a pawn reaches the opponents side, (the 8th or 1st rank), it can promote to a knight, bishop, or a queen.
