It was made up of [[Wolverine (comics)|Logan]], [[Sabretooth (comics)|Victor Creed]], [[David North (comics)|Maverick]], [[Kestrel (Marvel Comics)|Kestrel]], [[Mastodon (comics)|Mastodon]], and [[Silver Fox]]. Team X was apparently disbanded after a botched mission concerning [[Omega Red]], though its members were captured and used as test subjects by the [[Weapon X|Weapon X Project]]. [[Omega Red]] has conflicted with Team X during a mission to get the [[Carbonadium]] Synthesizer to help neutralize his death factor and stabilize his body. That happened when [[Sabretooth (comics)|Sabretooth]] and [[Omega Red]] clashed.
