Bondaruz (Persian: بنداروز)[a] is a village in Howmeh Rural District of the Central District[b] of Dashtestan County, Bushehr province, Iran.

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 1,764 in 392 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 2,933 people in 535 households.[6] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 3,724 people in 751 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.[2]
