Professional career
[edit]Tajbert turned professional in 2005 and compiled a record of 18-1 before facing and defeating Mexican boxer Humberto Mauro Gutiérrez, to win the WBC interim Super Featherweight title. Tajbert was promoted to full champion after Humberto Soto won the WBC lightweight title.[1] Tajbert lost the title in his second defence to Japanese boxer Takahiro Ao.[2]
