Hồng Bàng district is subdivided into 10 wards: An Hồng, An Hưng, Đại Bản, Hoàng Văn Thụ, Hùng Vương, Minh Khai, Phan Bội Châu, Quán Toan, Sở Dầu, Thượng Lý.[1]
